Hatha Yoga (Beginner) Classes

A classic approach to yoga that emphasizes physical detail and focus. This is the place to begin if you are new to yoga.  It is an accessible way to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga while restoring your energy, strength and flexibility.  This class is recommended for anyone wishing to develop a foundation in yoga.
